in 1730; Warren, R.I. 1752; and died 18 Jan. 1763; estate administered

Nov. 24, 1710 is Ezra Ormsbee along with his brothers, Jacob;
Jeremiah; Thomas; and his brother-in-law Preserved Redway.

Ezra Ormsbee died intestate. The administration of his estate
is recorded at the Town Clerkís office at Warren, R.I.
in Will Book 1 follows:
By virtue of the power granted unto the Town Council of the Town
of Warren in the County of Bristol in the Colony of Rhode Island
and Providence Plantations in New England for the Probate of Wills
and granting forth letters of administration within said Township.
To all People to whom these present shall come, Greeting:
Be it known and manifest that on the seventh day of March AD 1763
in Court appeared Mary Ormsbe, widow and relict of Ezra Ormsbe
late of said Warren, deceased, and desired administration might
be granted to her on the said decedent's estate, and also exhibited
an Inventory of the said Desíds. estate at the same time.
Wherefore, the Council do by these Presents authorize and fully
empower the said Mary Ormsbe to administer the estate of the said
Deceased and to act and do all things needful and necessary in
the Law for her election. Preforming the trust to her herein Committed
as administrator of the said Decesíd estate, she having
given bond for the faithful Preformance thereof and also to render
a true and perfect account of her doings herein in one year after
the date hereof. By order of the said Town Council - I have given
forth this letter of administration under my hand and Council
- seal of Warren aforesaid this seventh day of March AD 1763 and
the Third year of His Majesties reign, George the Third of Great
Britain, King.

Desces'd the 18th day of January AD 1763.
The inventory then is given, listing many items with a total value
of 1616 pounds, 2 shillings, 2 pence.

To one bed and furniture in the Great Room
To 2 meal bags; 2 tables; one bread trough
To one die tub; 6 porringers
To 23 1/2 lbs of putor at 25 per lb.
To 2 books; half a barrel of pork; etc.

the appraisers and administrators sworn in Court.

I find in my stuff from Fuller in England that Thomas (1645-1716) and wife Mary had a son Daniel (1690-1766) that married Ruth. Then I show that one of his brothers Ezra (1636-1763) and wife Mary had a son Daniel (1732-?) that married Martha. So there is a Daniel and his nephew Daniel.....
