ORMESBEE, Emeline B. Died at North Hudson, 8th instant, EMELINE
B., wife of
Aaron ORMSBEE, in the 34th year of her age.
There is a long epitaph on her grave stone;
"All you who do behold this stone "Farewell Father - Farewell Mother
Oh think how quickly I was gone Farewell husband - Farewell brother
Death does not always warning give Farewell to you my children all
Therefore be careful how you live I've obeyed my maker's call
Weep not for me. Dry up your tears
I must lay here til Christ appears
A joyful riseing I hope to have
When Jesus calls me from my grave."

1959 that Aaron Ormsbee resided in Ticonderoga, N.Y. and operated
coal kilns and canal boats there; also that he lived at Jay, N.Y.
awhile. She thought he was buried in Street Road Cemetery
Mrs. Dorothy Ormsbee was a grand-daughter of Hannah Priscilla

The obituary of Oliver W. Ormsbee in the Ticonderoga Sentinel
of Aug. 30, 1894, says; "He died at the home of his sister",
Mrs. Balding identifies this sister as Mrs. Frank (Francis) McCabe.
